Only persons involved in processing data for a specific purpose of which you are informed on a case-by-case basis may access your data, and solely for that purpose.

All information collected is kept confidential and, where necessary, anonymous; only information that is strictly necessary is transmitted to the relevant recipients.

You therefore have a right of access to personal data concerning you, as well as the right to request that inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data be rectified, updated or deleted, and to object to personal data concerning you being processed.

As a result, such an objection may make it impossible for HIBOO to process your subscription, which cannot then be held against it. You may also object, without stating reasons, to such data being used for commercial communication purposes.

Personal data are collected and processed in particular during the following operations:

When you subscribe to one of the courses;
When you use the Service;
When you browse the Site;
When you consent to receiving a newsletter and other information from us;
When you wish to contact us to ask questions or make complaints.

We also receive data by recording how users interact with the site (Cookies…).

The data collected may include the following:

Name and contact data. Civil status, identity, identification data, contact details (address, telephone numbers, emails, fax, etc.) and other contact information.
Verification of authorisations. We collect information used for authentication and access to an account, for example.
Usage data. We collect data on how users interact with the products and services we offer.

Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process Personal Data only for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes. We undertake not to process any data in a manner incompatible with those purposes.

Personal data on social networks

You may click on the icons dedicated to social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Linkedin and others) appearing on our Service.

Social networks improve the usability of the Service and help promote it through sharing. Video-sharing services enrich the Service with video content and increase its visibility.

When the User clicks on these buttons, we may have access to the personal information that the User has indicated as public and accessible from their social network profiles. However, we do not create or use any database independent of those social networks from the personal information that the User may publish there, and we will not process any data relating to their private life by that means.

Security of Personal Data

In accordance with applicable regulations, we maintain technical and administrative procedures that comply with current regulations and the state of the art to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration or unauthorised disclosure.

Retention of Personal Data

Personal Data are retained only for a period that is necessary and proportionate to the purpose for which they were collected. We may, however, retain your personal data for a longer period in order to comply with legal obligations and in particular applicable limitation periods.

We undertake to erase data from our databases at the end of a period that is either predetermined or aligned with the regulations and guidelines issued by the CNIL.
